To keep your Box Cushion (excluding the Faux Leather) and Flat Cushion Bed in top condition, air it regularly by turning it upside down and give it a good shake to maintain its shape. Spot clean as needed using a well-wrung cloth with warm water and pet-safe detergent, gently lifting stains, avoid rubbing or harsh products.

Machine wash covers only at 30°C on a low spin and line dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. Fillers are sponge clean only and should be air dried. For dry cleaning the cover, choose a green cleaner with pet-safe detergents.

For your pet’s comfort and to prevent condensation, place the bed in a warm area off cold floors. On hard surfaces, use a breathable or moisture-wicking mat underneath to allow airflow.

To keep your Sherpa Crate Mat in top condition, air it regularly by turning it upside down and spot clean when needed using a well-wrung cloth with warm water and pet-safe detergent. Gently lift stains and avoid rubbing. It is not recommended to spot clean the sherpa material.

If dry cleaning the cover, choose a green cleaner using pet-safe detergents.

Gently lift stains rather than rubbing, and give the bed a regular shake to maintain its shape. It is not recommended to spot clean the sherpa material.

Machine wash at 30°C on a low spin and dry flat. Do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid harsh cleaning products and over-washing. For large sizes and above, a standard household washing machine may not have a drum large enough to accommodate the bed comfortably. In this case, we recommend using the services of a laundrette with a larger-capacity machine to keep your bed looking and feeling its best. Alternatively, a handheld upholstery cleaner is an excellent option.  Effective on stains, embedded dirt, and odours, it offers a thorough, convenient clean from the comfort of your home without the need for a full wash cycle. Please note: Handheld upholstery cleaners are not suitable for use on sherpa material.

Please note that while our round beds are washable, neither the inner cushion nor the ring feature removable covers.
