Return Policy

Items purchased only through our online store at www.earthbounduk.com are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns purchased from any other retailer, whether online or at a physical store location.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be excluded from any refund processed. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Weston Fashions Ltd does not reimburse return shipping expenses for goods that were incorrectly ordered or deemed unsuitable. 

Is something not right with your delivery? It is important to inspect your goods upon arrival and let us know about any missing items, defects or other issues within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, the goods will be considered accepted and in good condition.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Need to exchange? Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer exchanges. The goods would have to be returned and then re-purchased.

Goods purchased can be returned for a refund if they are unsuitable. Remember to check if it meets the requirements for return by following our returns procedure mentioned below. The customer is responsible for covering the return costs; therefore, double-check sizes before purchase using our size guidelines. SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

To initiate the returns process, log into the returns portal found in the footer. Select which item you want to return and the reason for return. After submitting your return request, you will receive an email confirming approval or decline. Please note that approval is subject to meeting the conditions of the return terms. Additional information, including images, may be requested to verify approval. In some cases, we may request pictures regardless of the reason for the return.

If you wish to replace the item returned with a different one, re-purchase the correct product(s) once you have dispatched the goods. Please bear in mind, before re-purchasing, if you are awaiting a refund, this can take up to 5 working days once the item has been received and processed at our returns address. Please note some banks may take longer than 5 working days.

We cannot accept goods in unsaleable condition; this means:

  • Shows signs of excessive handling unless faulty or damaged when received, meaning any more handling than is reasonably required to ascertain the features and benefits of the goods in question, for example, no more than would be permitted in a store. If the product returned has been excessively handled, we will refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Goods must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • All products must be fur, stain and odour-free.
  • Tags must be left on the product(s).

You have 14 calendar days to return your goods from the day you receive your goods, and returns costs are the customer's responsibility. Please note delivery charges are not refunded.

If you wish to return goods to us after 14 days, we may, at our discretion, offer an online credit voucher. In this situation, contact us at contactahuman@earthbounduk.com

RETURNING YOUR GOODS

To prevent any damage from occurring while in transit *you can never be too careful*; please make sure that goods are suitably packed and in their original undamaged packaging. Please complete the return slip included with your product and place it inside the package along with the items you wish to return. 

Write your order number either on the box or the return label, so that we can identify your package. It may take up to 3-5 days for the funds to be credited once the return has been processed.

We recommended using a tracked delivery service and suggest insuring high-value items. Weston Fashions Ltd is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit: customers must obtain proof of posting and a tracking number to raise disputes with the courier.

RECOMMENDED COURIERS FOR YOUR RETURNS

Please follow the courier company's instructions for returning items. Ensure the barcode on the box is clearly visible and legible to facilitate a successful scan.

To return your goods to us, please use our details to generate a shipping label. When prompted, enter the following information in the appropriate fields:

If you choose to return the item(s) using an alternative courier company, we recommend using a tracked delivery service and suggest insuring high-value items. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return to us; therefore, please obtain proof of posting and the tracking number.

Weston Fashions Ltd will not accept liability for goods if lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, a dispute will need to be raised by the customer to the courier company.

RETURNS FROM THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

If you need to return an item from the Republic of Ireland (ROI) or have any questions about ROI returns, please contact us at contactahuman@earthbounduk.com.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning items from ROI is the customer's responsibility.
  • For Orders Up to €150 (Delivered Duty Paid via IOSS): For orders where VAT is collected at checkout (using the Import One-Stop Shop scheme), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid at checkout, including the product cost and VAT, provided the return meets our returns criteria.
  • For Orders Over €150 (Delivered Duty Unpaid): For orders where VAT and duties are paid upon delivery in Ireland (not collected at checkout), you will receive a refund of the product cost paid at checkout. This refund does not include any VAT or customs duties paid upon import. You must contact the Republic of Ireland’s tax authority directly to reclaim these amounts.

Note: All returns must comply with our returns criteria to be eligible for a refund.

FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS 

We endeavour to ensure all our products are made to the highest standards and provide the best possible customer experience. However, if you believe the item(s) received is/are faulty, submit a return request via the returns portal, by selecting ‘damaged or defective’ as your reason for return. If your request is approved, please follow the instructions below.

  • Send an email to contactahuman@earthbounduk.com, with the subject line 'Return Request - Faulty'. State the order number, date of receipt, describe in detail the reason why you are returning this item and provide pictures of the product(s). Take clear photos of the whole item(s) and up-close shots of where the fault/damage is. The pictures should be taken in a well-lit space and in focus. Note - we cannot determine a solution without clear, high-resolution images.
  • Once we have assessed the item(s), we will determine if the fault is/is not due to reasonable wear and tear, inappropriate use/handling of the product or accidental/deliberate damage out of our control. For example, dogs chewing/clawing the product, improper handling or unboxing of the product causing damage. If, after inspection, we determine the fault is not due to reasonable wear and tear, inappropriate use/handling of the product or accidental/deliberate damage but down to a manufacturer’s defect, we will repair the item if feasible or offer and arrange an exchange contingent on the product, or provide a refund, this includes providing a pre-paid label to return the item(s) to us. Please note that unless specified otherwise, the return label provided will be for a DPD drop-off at shop service.
  • If a full refund is given, this will exclude the original delivery charge.
  • If, however, after inspection, we determine the fault is due to reasonable wear and tear, inappropriate use/handling of the product or accidental/deliberate damage, we will reply explaining our reasons.

Faulty goods must be returned within 30 calendar days.

If by any chance the faulty goods returned go missing in the post, we cannot refund or replace the goods. A dispute would need to be raised with the courier company.

Please be advised if, in any case, another person returns the goods purchased, any refund due will be made to the original cardholder.
