Shipping policy

We thank you for shopping with Weston Fashions Ltd and are committed to providing a seamless service to our customers.

Before checking out, carefully review your order details, including product type, size, colour, and quantity, to ensure accuracy. Items ordered in error or deemed unsuitable must be returned at the customer's own expense and will not be covered by Weston Fashions Ltd.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. All shipments are fully tracked. We primarily use DPD and Evri for deliveries. For locations where these services aren't available and for all accessory orders to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we use Royal Mail. Evri may also be used for accessory orders to Northern Ireland, where available.  

We may use other courier services at our discretion for order deliveries as and when required. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added to your order at checkout. 

Please note that external factors such as courier collection delays, traffic congestion, and adverse weather conditions may cause delays in delivering orders. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact the courier with your tracking number.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom: England, Wales, Scotland (including the Highlands & Islands), and the Isle of Wight.
  • Overseas. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), the Highlands & Islands and the Republic of Ireland. Please note that we can only ship one bed per box for overseas orders. If you wish to purchase multiple beds, kindly place a separate order for each bed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free delivery is available for orders over £100 delivered to England, Wales, Scotland (excluding the Highlands & Islands), and the Isle of Wight.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), the Highlands & Islands, and the Republic of Ireland are always chargeable.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Deliveries to England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding the Highlands & Islands), as well as the Isle of Wight, will be fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered within 10 business days.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), the Highlands & Islands, and the Republic of Ireland may take up to 14 business days.

DELIVERY ATTEMPT AND REDELIVERY POLICY

All couriers will make a maximum of three delivery attempts for your parcel. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the courier depot and subsequently sent back to us, the sender. In such cases, a redelivery fee will apply.

We will contact you directly via email with the cost of redelivery along with a secure payment link. Once payment is received, your order will be re-dispatched for delivery.

To avoid incurring this additional charge, we strongly recommend that you respond promptly to any delivery notifications and select one of the options provided by the courier to reschedule or redirect your delivery. Alternatively, you may contact us directly for assistance, provided this request is made in advance of the second delivery attempt. This will allow us to ensure a successful delivery and prevent any associated redelivery charges.

TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES FOR THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Important note: Some beds will be delivered to the Republic of Ireland unassembled. Assembly instructions are available on our 'Know How To' page, located in the footer of our website.

DDP Shipping (Delivery Duty Paid):
For orders with a goods value under €150 (before VAT), we use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme to collect VAT at checkout. No additional VAT or customs duties will be due upon delivery.

DDU Shipping (Delivery Duty Unpaid):
For orders with a goods value over €150 (before VAT), taxes and customs fees will be payable upon arrival. The courier may hold the package until all payments have been processed.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Want to cancel an order? No problem!

 If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us immediately at contactahuman@earthbounduk.com and we will cancel it on your behalf and issue a full refund.

Please note that cancellations can only be made before the goods have been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the goods in accordance with our returns policy.

WHAT3WORDS

We have integrated what3words into our checkout process to enhance your delivery experience. Traditional postcodes and street addresses can often be inaccurate, leading to delivery issues, especially in apartment buildings with multiple entrances or rural areas where postcodes cover large regions.

With what3words, every 3-metre square has a unique three-word address, ensuring couriers know precisely where to deliver your order. This eliminates the need for additional instructions and minimises delays.

To ensure a seamless delivery, simply provide your what3words address at checkout, and your order will arrive exactly where you need it.

USING WHAT3WORDS POST CHECKOUT

DPD app:

To do it through the DPD app, follow these simple steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to https://what3words.com/pretty.needed.chill to find the What3Words for your exact location and then copy the 3 words of your location.
  • Step 2: Open the DPD app, tap 'settings' on the top left, select or add a delivery address, then tap 'Pinpoint Your Address'.
  • Step 3: Enter your what3words address and save it. Don’t forget to include the dots between the words, for example ///stack.comic.tigers

 Evri app:

To do it through the Evri app, follow these simple steps below:

  • Step 1: Go to https://what3words.com/pretty.needed.chill?myaddress=true&partner=evri-howto to find the What3Words for your exact location and then copy the 3 words of your location.
  • Step 2: Open the Evri app, on the homepage, tap My places and add or select a location. When you enter your street address and tap save, you will be prompted to enter the what3word address.
  • Step 3: Enter your what3words address and press the return button to enter. Complete the next step and press save.

Don't forget the dots between the words, for example ///filled.count.soap

BPFO ADDRESSES 

We provide delivery services to British Forces Post Office addresses via Royal Mail. Delivery to BFPO locations is subject to parcel size and dimension restrictions. Shipping costs for BFPO addresses are calculated separately after checkout. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a payment notice for the shipping charges. Orders will be processed and dispatched once the shipping fees have been paid in full.

Parcels delivered by Royal Mail to BFPO addresses are subject to a weight limit of 20kg and must meet specified dimensional requirements. In case Royal Mail cannot accept the parcel for delivery, your order will be cancelled promptly, and a refund will be initiated without delay.

AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER?

If your package arrives damaged, with missing items, defects in the goods or for any other issue, contact us immediately within 3 working days from the delivery date. After 3 working days, we will deem the goods accepted to be in good working condition.
